I guide women through a body-led process that helps them reconnect with their emotions, process stored emotional pain, and build deep emotional self-trust.

Learning to feel your emotions is not something you should have to figure out alone.
Through 12 weekly guided sessions and supportive tools, you will learn how to work with your emotional world in a way that feels safe, supported, and empowering.
This work helps you:

• Build emotional capacity and nervous system safety

My name is Ashlea Alice, I created this little space online because like you I have experienced moments of anxiety, crippling self doubt and feelings of unworthiness throughout different periods of my life.
I believe that everyone has a deep desire to feel more joy, freedom and inner peace however, not all of us feel that this can really be achieved without years of hard work.
